Unibios Holdings SA, formerly known as Biossol S.A., is a Greece-based Company engaged in promoting technologies for the responsible use of water and energy. The Company focuses on such activities as the treatment, filtering and administration of water; heating and air conditioning, with an emphasis in energy conservation and environmental friendliness, and production of energy from renewable sources. It has four subsidiaries: Culligan Hellas, the main company of the Group, is engaged in the water treatment equipment business using such technologies as desalination, filtration and reverse osmosis; Biossol is active on environmentally friendly technologies, such as heat recuperation, solar heating and low nitrogen oxide burner technologies; Aquatronics specializes in water treatment technologies and equipment for domestic use, such as filters, swimming pools and spas, and Biossol Construction Tools offers services to the construction sector, especially in the field of scaffolding.
