Our journey started in 2018 when we realised that SIM cards could be used for multiple purposes. Our first successes allowed us to sharpen our understanding of SIM capabilities, Customer journey management and Customer Experience while deploying our first solution in production, our SIM-based campaign management
Then in 2020, we had a major breakthrough: A client workshop led to the realisation that our expertise in SIM cards and customer experience had resulted in us having the ultimate means to securely authenticate and identify a user.
We looked around and realised that billions are spent on solutions that do not address fraud, expose their users to new security challenges, and erode customer experience. Something had to change and this has been the driving force behind our Digital Authentication Platform.
Our platform packages SIM-based authentication (physical or eSIM) with our proprietary technology & focus on customer experience to create the most secure fraud-prevention solution in a 0-touch & trust environment.
