Inspired by Rudyard Kipling’s poem ‘If’, Unforgiving Minute is simply about realising your potential by maximising every 60 seconds you have. When that time is up, it is gone forever. You can’t call it back or use it differently. For anyone but especially leaders, this means committing to making the right decisions at the right time. Just as a minute is absolute and unrelenting, there is often no second chance to succeed in high performance environments. We believe in filling the unforgiving minute.
