Understanding Europe Czech Republic uses various didactic principles and forms of informal education to help Czech high schools educate the youth about the basics of the European Union, which proves to be a challenge to many teachers.
Our four-hour EU Crash Course examines basic issues around European history, institutions and current debates. Each course begins with an ice-breaker game, an interactive introduction into the topic areas and a question round for the students to ask about current European politics. Participants then work in various workshops according to their interests.
