UMACO is a Swedish-Russian hotel development and management company, founded in Stockholm in 1997, operating hotels under the brand name Katerina. Currently there are 3 properties under management: 2 hotels in Moscow with 360 hotel rooms and over 10 conference halls as well as 1 apartment-hotel in Krasnaya Polyana, Sochi, with 160 apartments (Winter Olympics site 2014). The Moscow hotels have strong positions on the market, with the Paveletskaya and Prazhskaya locations targeting both corporate and tourism travellers which limits risks and provides prerequisites for efficient operations. A proven track record of excellence and innovation is coupled with strong regional knowledge and an internationally experienced, close-knit team of highly qualified professionals, as well as partnerships with leading foreign specialists.
