We provide engineering inspections for real estate transactions such as home / residential property sales. If your home inspector recommends an engineering inspection, please call us to schedule your appointment asap during your due diligence period. We will provide an engineering inspection report with photos that will explain any deficiencies and propose corrections if needed. Any engineering design such as repair drawings and engineering analysis will be a separate service and not included in the report. We certify foundations for manufactured homes Established in 2020.
