Capabilities include CNC drilling, CNC milling, CNC turning, bar feeding, gear cutting/hobbing, high speed machining, live tooling, thread milling/cutting, boring, knurling, planning, reaming, slotting, and tapping. Materials worked with are aluminum, brass, bronze, carbon steel, cast iron, cobalt, composites, copper, exotic metals, Hastelloy®, Inconel®, Monel®, nickel, palladium, plastic, stainless steel, steel, superalloy, titanium, and tool steel. Prototypes and short runs are available. Secondary services offered are anodizing, coating, cylindrical grinding, EDM machining, heat treating, honing, lapping, laser and waterjet cutting, parts cleaning, plating, polishing, buffing, and product marking.
