The UN-REDD Programme is a collaborative programme on Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and forest Degradation (REDD). It is built on the convening role and technical expertise of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP). UN-REDD provides technical assistance and knowledge, helping its 65 partner countries protect their forests, access finance and achieve their economic and climate goals through REDD+.
