The UNLV Alumni Association established in 1964, is a not-for-profit organization headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Association's primary purpose is to promote and enhance the alumni community by providing leadership and other resources for the benefit of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. The association represents more than 120,000 graduates, of which approximately 63 percent reside in Nevada. To date, the association has contributed more than $6.6 million to the university in student scholarships, endowments, and major capital improvements such as the Alumni Amphitheater, Alumni Grove, Alumni Park, and the $2.7 million Richard Tam Alumni Center.
