UNITED WATERWAYS is the unique passenger shipping platform consisting of the following business units: River Alliance European market leader for 'white label' services in the areas of hospitality, nautical, technical and administrative services; the services are provided on a modular and tailor-made basis for shipping companies, tour operators and financial institutions. FLOATING VENUES European market leader for day trip and event shipping for floating events and tours on rivers / waters in Germany and BENELUX, as well as on the Thames (United Kingdom), with own infrastructure. Well-known brands such as Ocean Diva, TLC, KD (Köln-Düsseldorfer Deutsche Rheinschiffahrt), or Sächsische Dampfschifffahrt are active in the FLOATING VENUES segment. STARLING FLEET The shipping group owns and charters a large and modern fleet of 'white label' river cruise ships which are used Business-to-Business for charter clients. In total, the UNITED WATERWAYS group currently has more than 100 vessels 'under management', of which about 60 are owned, and has over 100 own berths (Netherlands, Germany and United Kingdom) and 2 own port facilities in Netherlands and Germany.
