UDP is an investment and development company with leading positions in Ukraine’s real estate development and investment market. UDP has been managing real property projects since 2002 by ensuring the entire development cycle: from land allotment and architectural concepts to construction and turnkey solutions. Our expertise has allowed us to develop an effective project management structure to deliver timely, high-quality work. UDP is an innovating company as we build structures, which are unique both in architectural and technical terms, due to regular introduction of new technology and best international practices. Today, UDP’s project portfolio includes 11 projects with a total area of more than 3,000,000 sq. m. Our assets cover approximately 1,000 hectares of land. Our Kiev projects include but not limited to the Novopecherskie Lipki residential area, Parkovy Gorod and Bulvar Fontanov residential estates, RiverStone multifunctional residential estate, and Ocean Plaza shopping and entertainment centre: in Odessa we worked at the Maristella marine residence; and in Simferopol we built the Meganom shopping and entertainment mall. All of them are unique and no similar projects can be found anywhere else in Ukraine. Each year, we improve our project portfolio by expanding the geography of our business.
