Our mission is to bring mindful practices into the UCSB community to serve as a catalyst for healing, presence, and peace. We strive to help members enrich their relationships with themselves and their community using both ancient and modern techniques to cultivate gratitude, compassion, and fulfillment.
We are a community that motivates, educates, and inspires its members to cultivate mindful living. We host weekly meetings to practice mindfulness and discuss the difficulties and successes of our practices and provide opportunities for the community to engage with a broader international community celebrating mindfulness.
