The Centre for Advanced Biomedical Imaging (CABI) is a world-class Imaging Centre with 12 state-of-the-art biomedical imaging modalities and ~50 researchers in multiple disciplines delivering high impact multidisciplinary research on physics, biology, chemistry, molecular & cellular biosciences, engineering, pharmacology, and nanosciences. The Centre is located in the heart of London in the Bloomsbury district on the main UCL campus and is part of the UCL Division of Medicine.
CABI has a long-standing track record in the development of imaging techniques and the application of such advanced biomedical imaging for the study of various diseases as well as the delivery and enhancement of translational therapies. The Centre's pioneering capabilities have been well-recognised and has received over £40,000,000 in awards to create and maintain such world-class imaging facility and high-impact research keeping the UK at the forefront of scientific advancement.
