Why another Leadership Consultancy? Because the world urgently needs a new way of leading - to DO different we need to BE different. Our vision at Turquoise Leadership Consulting (TLC) is to support individuals and businesses who through conscious evolution, are lifting their performance, resolving our greatest challenges and creating new levels of prosperity. We do this by increasing awareness and lifting consciousness. We are an Australian based consultancy built on a long history of Australasian executive management, board and consulting experience within top tier ASX listed companies, public sector organisations, small and medium enterprises and not-for profit entities. Over time, we’ve seen that our contemporary business leadership paradigm of delivering short-term profits and maximum shareholder value at any cost has had its day. The outcomes being produced simply aren’t sustainable – for the companies themselves or for society. We bring to our work a combined 50+ years of experience working at executive levels across many organisations. We transform outcomes at an individual and organisational level. We do this by sharing with you understandings, practices and concepts that have been embraced and successfully applied by us and other leaders repeatedly to address a multitude of challenges and opportunities, personally and professionally.
