We work with founders who want to make people happier. We are interested in ideas that make jobs not take jobs, help rather than harm the environment, and promote inclusivity not divisiveness. Our clients are as much about smiles on faces as dollars in the bank. We spent a lot of time in the C-suite trying to improve the way big businesses treat their customers, employees and the planet. While we enjoyed that endeavor, we think the faster route to positive change is to build companies that care from the ground up. That's why we look for entrepreneurs who have ideas that create jobs and a positive impact on society.
