Trust Real Estate was established to acquire real estate opportunities and manage them through the development process to create high quality assets on behalf of our own shareholders and investor partners. The company’s expertise particularly relates to creating value through identifying attractive real estate opportunities in London, where potential exists for capital growth. In particular, this extends to development in London, where in house expertise can be harnessed to improve value through planning, refurbishment and/or redevelopment. The executive team of Trust Real Estate consists of the three former executive directors of Minerva Plc, the former FTSE real estate investment and development company, and the Hon William Cadogan, a member of the Cadogan family. Trust Real Estate is able to leverage its inherent technical and financial capabilities in London real estate and through the team’s experience, knowledge and relationships, in attracting financial investment into major projects. Trust Real Estate is a privately owned company running all aspects of the development process with a specialism in commercial, mixed use and residential sectors in the UK, principally focused in London.
