Triaxis Capital is an independent alternative investment manager with solid experience in Venture Capital transactions, especially with technology-based companies and strong innovative potential.
Founded in 2012, Triaxis is headquartered in São Paulo and has an office in Recife.
Over the past years, Triaxis and its partners have made more than 50 investments, various M&A transactions, and built a network of qualified relationships with strategic investors from various sectors, national and international financial investors, commercial and corporate banks, development agencies, funding agencies, universities, and research centers.
Triaxis, in its first fund (FIP Criatec 2), which has a Committed Capital of R$ 186 million and is in a divestment period, 19 exits have already been carried out, with an average return of 4.9 times the invested capital, totaling R$ 326 million already returned to the fund's investors. The fund also has 16 companies in its portfolio with an estimated stake value of R$230 million.
In 2023, Triaxis began operating its second fund (FIP Criatec 4 ASG). The fund, which already has a committed capital of R$218 million, should reach R$350 million over the next few months. The objective is to repeat the strategy adopted in the first fund, which achieved one of the best returns among Venture Capital & Private Equity funds in Brazil.
The company is a member of the Brazilian Venture Capital Association - ABVCAP, adhering to ANBIMA's Codes and, as well as all of its majority partners, duly accredited by the Brazilian Securities Commission - CVM.
