Tri-Counties Regional Center (TCRC) is a non-profit contracted by the State of California to coordinate supports and services for children and adults with developmental disabilities. These services cover the life span of individuals, from early assessment and intervention for infants and young children, school-age children, transition-age young adults' recreational, employment and residential needs to the residential, service and medical needs of adults and seniors.
TCRC operates from six beautiful locations in Atascadero, San Luis Obispo, Santa Maria, Santa Barbara, Oxnard and Simi Valley.
