Trestle is not a Gen'l Contractor, but rather the Owner's advocate, construction expert, representative, confidant and trusted ally. Depending on when we are engaged, we can help assemble the team (architect and contractor), establish the project budget and schedule, and make recommendations on what delivery method is the best choice for the project. We have deep roots in the Bay Area design & construction market and can leverage those relationships to deliver competitive, market-rate pricing and designers, builders, consultants and vendors that are the best fit for the project.
