Transgrowth is a coaching and facilitation company focusing on the intersection of leadership, team-dynamics and organisational culture to help organisations create a more motivated workforce, purpose-driven high-performing teams, strategic collaboration across the entire organisation, and a more flexible, resilient and resourceful culture that is future proof and change-ready. Transgrowth was founded 17 years ago by Michal and Bard Papegaaij, with a mission to bring back the human aspects of organisations into the heart of leadership and management practices everywhere. With Michal’s passing in 2011, Transgrowth was temporarily put on hold, but Bard kept working on fulfilling its mission through his work in Gartner as Executive Partner and Research Vice President. In 2018, Bard rebooted Transgrowth with the aim is to create a network of likeminded experts and experienced practitioners that provides both the depth and breadth needed to support organisations develop the leadership, workforce and culture for the Digital Era.
