We've built an environment that is playful and supportive, yet strategically challenging. Each and every one of us has a unique perspective and contributes an awesome amount of knowledge and irreplaceable experience. Not to say we’ve got an easy solution to every challenge thrown our way, but there is comfort in knowing another point of view is only a Nerf ball throw away. We all share a genuine interest in the evolvement of our studio, our neighborhood, and surrounding communities. Through volunteering and thoughtful design solutions, we show our dedication to the success and development of local events and businesses. Traction is made up of humans from across the country. We call Lansing, Michigan home, but travel around the world. Some commute through farmland, others walk down the street. Every step provides us a more unique foundation to become better problem solvers. Our process is rooted in simple questions: What are you trying to say? Who are you trying to say it to? Why is it important? These questions help us to build the framework in finding your real culture.
