Tottle Partners is an independent, boutique law firm providing legal services in Perth, Western Australia and to our clients Australia wide and in the Asia Pacific region. We specialise in corporate law, commercial matters and litigation, enabling us to advise and represent our clients regarding all issues affecting their interests. Since we were established in 1995 we have forged a reputation in Western Australia and in other Australian jurisdictions as a leader in the areas in which we practise. We have the skills, experience and resources required to conduct complex litigation throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific. Our partners come from leading Australian national and boutique law firms and have translated that experience into a structure ideally suited to providing a personalised service to our clients. We are focused on understanding our clients and their interests and servicing them efficiently and cost effectively, using an innovative and pragmatic approach. Our clients include major national and multinational corporations, insurers, government agencies, public authorities, statutory bodies, educational institutions, private companies and high net worth individuals. Because our relationship with them is close and long standing, we understand their business and have earned their trust. This client base is a testament to the skill and experience of the firm's talented lawyers. We currently have 5 partners (all of whom are litigation specialists) and an additional 15 legal staff.
