TOTAL YOGA is a revolution helping People get Fit, de-Stress and experience Zen in daily life! It is a complete form of Yoga - from Asanas for fitness, weight-loss and body toning, to Pranayama for de-stressing, and Meditation. Total Yoga benefits the individual on all levels – Body, Mind & Soul. Total Yoga has centers in India (Bangalore, Pune, Delhi) and internationally in Singapore, California and Philadelphia soon. It was set up in 2010 by Manish Pole and Neetu Singh; who have been Yoga teachers for over a decade and have taught over 10,000 Yoga classes each! The dedicated team of 12 Teachers run Yoga communities in each of the cities that classes are held in. We specialize in Group Yoga classes; Corporate Wellness workshops; Yoga retreats, seminars and events; Personal Training; Yoga-for-Golf workshops, as well as CSR Voluntary work in Old-age homes and with Special needs' kids!
