Titleworks, Inc. was incorporated in 1992 in Fairfax, Virginia by E. Stephen Heisley. The current owner of Titleworks, Inc. is Becky Taylor. Becky has been with Titleworks, Inc. since May 1995 and became the owner upon the death of Mr. Heisley in 2006.
