For over two decades, Silicon Valley has been the epicentre of a business philosophy that worships at the altar of over-evaluations and treats "moving fast and breaking things" as its holy doctrine. This mindset has eroded workers' rights and stability, not just at the start-ups in San Francisco, but around the world at an alarming rate. Mythologising a "fake it till you make it" mentality has given rise to an explosion of unqualified leaders. This approach, once hailed as the epitome of entrepreneurial spirit, has fostered a culture where deceit and arrogance are rewarded over genuine expertise and ethical conduct. In many instances, these so-called leaders rely on bullying tactics and manipulation to maintain their positions, further perpetuating a vicious cycle of toxicity and incompetence.  Only by holding companies accountable for the toll that workplace abuse has on the workforce (not to mention their own financial bottom line), can we create lasting transformation. We will no longer tolerate being pushed to our breaking point and then cast aside like broken tools. Now is the moment to boldly speak truth to power, to make our voices heard and demand the respect we deserve. Together, we can forge a new, fairer future for all!
