The company provides commercial real estate consulting, brokerage, and management for investors throughout Tennessee. The consulting services are provided in a true consulting manner. TimeTrust principals assist property owners, buyers, and financial planners with clients who own real estate by providing hourly analysis services to determine cash on cash, and internal rates of returns.
