Tikhvin Rail Cars Construction Plant

The Tikhvin Railway Car Building Plant (TVSZ) construction project was launched in 2005 in the town of Tikhvin in the Leningrad Region on the industrial site of the former “Transmash” plant. The managing company of the plant is CJSC “CTS”. The project foresees the construction of a state-of-the-art freight railcar building facility inclusive of up-to-date global technologies. The investments in the project implementation exceed $800 mln.
