Thrift Development is a licensed general contractor specializing in heavy civil general construction. We are a pre-qualified prime contractor for SCDOT, GDOT and NCDOT. We self-perform grading, storm drainage, base work as a prime contractor, and work with subcontractors to complete all scopes of work. We take on highway projects from various entities and provide a turn-key product. We have the experience, knowledge and expertise to manage all aspects of the project through completion.
