My career started as an R&D Engineer in the Daimler / Mercedes-Benz Fuel Cell. Initially the ability to work on cutting edge technologies fascinated me, and I filed several patents. But the idea that really intrigued me was to make innovative technologies available to as many people as possible by creating profitable markets.
