This Affected Youth

You want to know what THISAFFECTEDYOUTH is, what we’re about. Well, we can say what we currently are, and what we hope to be, but no more. Here it is, our ceaselessly evolving, compulsory, and inevitably clichéd mission statement. THISAFFECTEDYOUTH is an independent organisation, driven by young contributors who freely volunteer. It aims to support fledgling journalists by providing the opportunity of collaborating with a dedicated team within a motivated environment. We therefore endeavour to provide you, the reader, with coverage of domestic and international affairs; to report on the cornucopia of events within sport, fashion, science, film, television, gaming, music and literature, which mould society and make us who we are. Through careful contemplation and the dismissal of dusty ideologies and scare-mongering tactics, we wish to be a rational voice for a generation that is often inaccurately represented and dreadfully misreported.
