Without the infrastructure to recruit teams to deliver many of these services, as providers you will be able to access TSfE to enjoy the benefits of economies of scale only achieved when a certain size, giving you more time and resources to put students first. We achieve this by: Providing strategic support on decisions that will ensure improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness of a small MAT or single school are achieved. Developing structures and systems to enable all schools to benefit from economies of scale irrespective of their size. Delivering a customer-focused service that means the school will be the most important part of the relationship.
