MOVE is the only program of its kind that addresses the issues of being sedentary in a systematic, interactive and structured way with specific exercises participants can use easily throughout their day. Not only does MOVE address the physical aspects of health as they relate to the workplace but mental health as well. Participants also learned stress and productivity strategies that helped them stay focused and engaged with their work.
