Things Design Foundation

The 'things design' Foundation delivers designs solutions and support to Dutch designers and designers educated and living in the Netherlands. Our main objective is to assist Dutch designers in developing prototypes and commercializing their design products in cooperation with Dutch producers, institutions, engineers etc. "Dutch only". Products remain the property of the designers. We only ask in return of our services and assistance the right to sell - on a non-exclusive basis - their products through our webshop. This right remains in force even if product rights are transferred by the designer to a third party. By selling 'Dutch only' design products we generate funds to expand our support activities. Our advisory board selects on a quarterly basis which designs will be eligible for support. The use of innovative materials, sustainability, uniqueness and commercial potential of such designs will weigh heavily in the process of selection.
