The Unfix Model

How can we change an organization to be as 𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗲 as its environment? How can we get our company ready to 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 in the 21st century?
