The Webb Alliance specializes in leadership and executive coaching, career transitions, and multicultural leadership. My expertise includes a full range of services and tools to support the coaching relationship, including assessments and 360 feedback. I work with multicultural organizations and people of all ages: — Executive coaching for organizational leaders seeking to enhance impact and results — Career coaching for leaders and managers, entrepreneurs, and individuals seeking to align their strengths with career aspirations or transition to new jobs or careers — Designing and delivering innovative leadership development programs I use strengths-based, appreciative approaches, drawing on a deep belief that to make a difference, one must be a difference. Thus, leadership is first about becoming—growing in understanding and wisdom about oneself and about others. It is then about doing—merging and integrating this awareness with technical knowledge, skills, and competence to lead oneself and others in service of achieving the mission and purpose of the whole system.
