The Vx is a for profit LLC, headquartered in Colorado, bringing together members in a collaborative environment, giving women access to an exceptional resource. The Premise: • Women in business and community organizations are under-represented in rank and influence • The performance of businesses and communities suffer due to this under-representation and lack of input that provides diverse perspectives The Mission: To create a community, via a website, and provide access to an exceptional resource. The role of The Vx is to convene, collaborate and connect our members. We are piloting The Vx in Colorado with an aggressive growth plan across the US and the World. In each new market, we will lead with the same premise: the performance of businesses and communities suffer due to the under-representation of women and the lack of a diverse perspective their input provides. The Goals:  Secure exceptional resources to foster a community of interest  Inspire women to achieve their personal and professional potential  Integrate the full potential of this community to focus on extraordinary problems
