Our Mission is to: - Double the Female Labour Force Participation Rate in the next 15 years - Double the number of Women-owned Enterprises from 14% to 28% in the next 15 years - Increase women’s ability to make choices at home and in society We Believe: - The Private Sector can have an outsized impact, - Digital Technology is a game changer, - Data-informed insights are critical, and that, - There is no scale like the Government. We strive to increase women’s access to quality jobs and expanding women-led enterprises. By uniting non-profits, public, and private sectors, we act as a force multiplier for transformative change.
