The UNSW Alt Protein Project works to build a sustainable food system by cultivating awareness, advancing education, and igniting research into alternative proteins from plants, fermentation and cultivated meat at UNSW.
As part of of the Good Food Institute's global network of student groups, together we can modernise meat, dairy and egg production to mitigate the environmental impact of our food system, decrease the risk of zoonotic disease, and ultimately feed more people with fewer resources.
