Tucked away in the leafy domain of East Melbourne, The Tippler & Co is a quaint bar and eatery that specialises in sharestyle food, complimented by craft beers on tap and a carefully selected wine list. The owners, Gus and Nicole, have drawn ideas from their overseas experiences to create a rustic little space, that eminates warmth and friendly vibes as soon as you walk in the door. The venue is comprised of three areas, each offering a unique dining/tippling experience. The bar space is a great spot to enjoy our craft beers on tap and trade stories with our friendly bar tender. High tables and bar stools in the dining room promote a vibrant and social ambience, ideal for catching up with a group of friends or after work drinks; whilst banquette seating in the lounge is perfect for a more intimate, extended stay. We also have a large function space upstairs overlooking Yarra Park and the city, which caters for up to 70 people. Our share style menu promotes a very social dining experience; a range of different cuisines are on offer, and the share style aspect removes the possibility of 'food envy', where someone gets a dish that every one is jealous of. Every dish has been specifically designed to share, so the patron is able to try a number of meals. No menu is complete without a great selection of beers and wines to match, and we have made a conscious effort to support local breweries and wineries in the process.
