The Sustainable Change People Ltd. was co-founded by Gillian Bryce and Lucy Airs and that is what makes it unique:
Gillian has 20+ years’ experience in management within blue-chip manufacturing (food and pharmaceutical) – with a specific focus on operational excellence (continuous improvement, people, processes, etc.).
Lucy holds an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and has spent 15 years coaching and training the top management (CEOs, COOs and CFOs) and teams inside multinational and listed companies and government.
Our range of approaches, skills, competencies and tools have proven to be highly complementary in an innovative and practical way.
