The Sino-British College (SBC) is a British university college, jointly established by the University of Shanghai for Science & Technology and nine leading British universities: The University of Bradford, The University of Huddersfield, The University of Leeds, Leeds Beckett University, Liverpool John Moores University, Manchester Metropolitan University, The University of Salford, The University of Sheffield, and Sheffield Hallam University. About 10 percent of our student body is made up of international students representing over 35 nations.
Programmes in business and engineering are taught entirely in English by a highly qualified international team of instructors, and graduates are awarded degrees from one of the partner British institutions. Tuition and living costs in Shanghai make a UK degree with SBC about half the price of the same degree offered in the UK. SBC also offers one-semester and one-year study abroad programmes for international students looking to broaden their educational experience through overseas study.
