Formerly Samuels & Associates, Inc., our new name, "The Sarah Samuels Center for Public Health & Evaluation" is in honor of the late Dr. Sarah Samuels, a renowned public health researcher and advocate. The Samuels Center specializes in public health evaluation and research, policy tracking and analysis, and strategic planning and program development.
