The patented algorithm is an extremely unique communication system, which is impossible to wiretap or monitor. Therefore, it is inherently trusted and reliable globally. The trusted and reliable voice encoding system transforms the digitised voice of a speaker into what may be called functions, which are divided into its envelope, energy, and gain components. The functions encompass certain parameters which form a library in the form of parameter vectors. These libraries are necessary to encode and decode the voice signals. The system transmits only the indexes over the communication channel. There is virtually no way of constituting the voice signal from the indexes, without knowledge of the library which can be arranged in a very large number of ways, typically 64000 factorial (64000!), larger than 10 exp 1000 (10 1000).
