National alliance of trainers, organizers, and institutional leaders devoted to the work of creating racially equitable organizations and systems. Racial Equity Institute's workshops and presentations develop leaders' capacity to better understand racial disparities, gaps, disproportionalities, and inequity in its institutional and structural forms. REI's Trainers and Organizers facilitate individual and organizational learning to develop tools and processes that promote institutional equity. Collaboratively, our potential to effectuate genuine change and construct substantial impact is undeniable.
