About
The Portland Rugby Club is Oregon’s original rugby club. The men’s side was formed in 1961 and now has two teams – competing in USA Rugby Men’s Division II and III. The women’s side was formed in 2009 and is the only USA Rugby Women’s Division II team in Portland. All teams compete in the Pacific Northwest Rugby Football Union. The club also hosts a men’s and women’s 7s team over the summer.
Additionally, the club has a strong alumni team, affectionately referred to as the Old Boars.
