The Palmetto Food Caravan is the newest food truck in Coffs Harbour, NSW. We serve authentic Southern food at events, businesses, or private functions in the area.
We are proud to say that we have 100% plastic-free food packaging and we are making huge efforts to reduce our waste. Our veggie scraps go towards making veggie stock or straight to our worm farm. We even render pork fat into lard which we also use for cooking.
On top of this, we love shopping local. We support local farmers & businesses around Sawtell & the Coffs Coast area.
