The Mentors Collective (TMC) is a non-profit organisation focused on addressing the lack of diversity in the legal profession. We are dedicated to helping aspiring solicitors with diverse backgrounds to reach their full potential through one-on-one mentorship and specialised training. Through our mentor-mentee relationships, we hope to create a sense of belonging and bridge the gap between the legal profession and those who have been traditionally underrepresented. We are passionate about creating a more inclusive and diverse legal profession, and we strive to provide the necessary support and guidance to make this a reality.
