The Lean Lab is a personal training and small group training studio located at 419 Riversdale Road Hawthorn East. Our philosophy is simple: Maximal Results With Minimal Effort. We don’t believe in low calorie diets, killing yourself in the gym 7x a week, or eliminating whole food groups. We believe in long term, manageable lifestyle changes. We believe in a body that is the healthiest version of you. We believe in still enjoying yourself and having the freedom to eat out. We believe in not compromising your hormones and gut health, for a physique that isn’t maintainable in the long term. Founded by head coaches Olivia Orchowski and Melita Augerinos, The Lean Lab is the one and only home to The Booty Builder Program® and offers a variety of training styles to suit your needs.
