The Leadership Collective

The Leadership Collective is a non-profit organization that was set up to train, coach and mentor young people in the UAE to gain the skills needed to future proof their careers and become the next generation of effective leaders. Coaching – One-on-One (goal oriented direction for education and career management) Soft Skill Training – Leadership, Communication and Presentation, Time Management, Negotiation, Problem-Solving, Self-Confidence, Mindfulness Accelerator Program – 6 week program where participants use design thinking practices to come up with business ventures that will solve some of the planet's most urgent social issues. Mentors, trainers and coaches will help facilitate this one of a kind, leadership building experience.
