The Leaders Mentor Our purpose is to inspire, challenge and develop leaders, so they can approach every facet of their role with confidence. To guide you through your leadership journey, we have a team of seven Lead Mentors, who have all been CEO's or leaders in their fields. They are supported by a portfolio of over fifty subject matter experts (SME’s) in the Legal, Risk, Finance, IT and cultural change fields, along with strategists, entrepreneurs and people and culture partners, who are also available to assist with your development, or that of your team. We provide one-on-one mentoring for senior leaders, and offer a customised, small group mentoring package. At all times, your nominated Lead Mentor remains alongside you, guiding you through either a six or twelve session program. You may also choose an online leadership effectiveness assessment to gain a better understanding of your current leadership skills and performance.
